Hello and Welcome....

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Michelle and good skin is my thing, oh and healthy happy minds are also up there too:)  I am a Facialist, CBT trained Counsellor and owner of Groom. 

​

With Groom you will not only get honest skin treatments, with a bit of 'Groom in the Mix' thrown in but also a friendly ear always.  Together this creates 'The Talking Facial' but more of that in a bit, actually, there is a whole page dedicated to this on here so please check that out.

My Facials are always bespoke, I whisk and mix every healthy lotion and potion to get the skin results you desire.  I work from my Groom Shed, your Workplace, I can attend your Wedding or Red Carpet Event with my 'Glam&Go' Facial and now you can even schedule in an online 'Make that Cool' call with me to focus on your mental health. It all goes hand in hand at Groom, im here for all parts of you. I also look after your mini people's skin & minds, again there is a tab for that so look out for my 'Positive Mini Experience'. 

One last thing, all of the Facial Experiences at Groom have ZERO down time so you leave looking the very best version of yourself.  There will be no redness, or 48 hour repair time or 'look at that glow' type comments when your skin is red raw and screaming 'Help Meeeeee'! I am the complete opposite of this trend! I am all about long term skin health whilst being kind and gentle to your skin.  I am happy to help you learn what works for you at home too. We are in this together, for the long haul.
